Projektingenieur / Project Engineer (w/m/d)

KLK EMMERICH GmbH is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team in Emmerich am Rhein. The role involves taking over tasks in project processing, elaborating and calculating projects, detailed planning and execution of new plants, project implementation, schedule and cost monitoring, construction management, coordination of external companies, procurement of engineering service providers, evaluation and optimization of maintenance measures, and more. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, experience in the engineering department of a chemical company, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (process engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering with a technical focus)
• Qualified person according to the Pressure Equipment Directive desirable
• Several years of professional experience in the engineering department of a chemical company
• Experience in processing investment projects in plant engineering is an advantage
• Passion for planning and executing projects
• Exemplary understanding of safety, quality and cost control
• Communication skills and good stakeholder management
• Responsible, structured and result-oriented work and strategic and analytical thinking
• Negotiable German and English skills
