Quality Coordinator (w/m/d)

Responsibilities include coordination and processing of customer complaints, monitoring of corrective actions, and planning of internal and external audits. Also involves creation of statistics and reports, handling of claims, and maintenance of quality documents and supplier profiles.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a food technologist or comparable training
• Additional qualification as quality representative and auditor
• Professional experience in quality management
• Willingness to travel between locations
• Good English skills in word and writing
• Safe handling of SAP and quality-relevant IT systems
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
