Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Board Certification (BCBA) is a mandatory requirement
- Profound understanding and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to work effectively with families, interdisciplinary teams, and other service providers
- Providing oversight and guidance to RBTs and other staff
- Understanding of HIPAA laws, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards
