Brownfield Redevelopment Project Manager

Brownfield Redevelopment Project Manager responsible for managing environmental site assessments, remediation activities, redevelopment efforts, and incentives. Must have 10 years of Brownfield redevelopment and/or environmental remediation experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• 10+ years of Brownfield redevelopment and/or environmental remediation experience
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations (EPA, CERCLA, state Brownfield programs)
• Stable work history with demonstrated client relationship management and project delivery success
• Experience advising clients and municipalities on redevelopment incentives
• Business development and proposal-writing experience
