Job Description
We are looking for a Cost Accountant with experience in Automotive Cost Accounting to control, coordinate and maintain product cost, cost planning and fixed asset control. The primary responsibility is to assist Accounting/Finance management in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, audits and other projects as needed.
Requirements
- Conduct BOM (Bill of Material) update and cost roll-up
- Monitor and Maintain Fiscal Business Plan balance
- Maintain customer owned tooling and vendor master records
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation calculations
- Participate in monthly closing
- Prepare various management reports
- Assist in audits by external and internal auditors
- Assist in quarterly consolidation reporting
- Execute special projects for the Cost Planning/ ERP system/AR department
