Job Description
The Information Security Officer will guide organization in meeting regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements. They will develop, maintain, and enforce security policies, coordinate teams, and drive security awareness. Collaboration with IT and business teams is key to ensuring security standards and practices align with international standards and German regulations.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in information security governance, risk, and compliance.
- Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and English.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 27001, TISAX, NIS 2, and CIS Controls.
- Strong understanding of risk management processes, policy development, and audit coordination.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor) are a plus.
