CNC Operator

The CNC Programmer/Operator is responsible for reading and interpreting design blueprints, programming the CNC machines, and setup of the machine to desired specifications.

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience and/or training in CNC machining or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in programming CNC machines and using CAD/CAM software
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of work
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine performance, programming, and part production
• Excellent mechanical aptitude to understand and work with complex machinery, tools, and equipment
• Outstanding organizational and record-keeping skills to manage equipment maintenance records, production data, and inventory efficiently
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, share information, and provide clear instructions
• Ability to pass a physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility
• Demonstrated reliable work history
• Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality in all tasks
