Continuous Improvement Manager - NSW Omnichannel Fulfilment Centre

We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Moorebank Online Fulfilment Centre (OFC) leadership team to shape the performance, capability, and future of one of our most advanced and complex operational environments.

Requirements

• 5-7 years' experience in Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence in large-scale environments
• Strong capability in Lean, Six Sigma or OpEx methodologies and a tertiary qualification in related field (Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics etc)
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation and multimillion-dollar improvements
• Experience in automation-enabled supply chain, fulfilment or industrial environments
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo
• Strong data and analytical capability to identify opportunities and drive commercial outcomes
• Expertise in change management and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and uplift team capability
• A passion for innovation, continuous improvement and building high-performing teams
