Kmart is seeking a Store Manager for its Toowoomba Plaza store. The role involves managing the financial performance of the store, building and inspiring the team, and ensuring a positive store culture. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment, with a strong focus on safety, customer experience, and team motivation.

- Prior experience as Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
- Experience coaching and leading large and diverse team, Implementing business and individual development strategies
