Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Improvement Engineer to join our Quality team. The candidate should have strong product knowledge in Woven (Denim, shirts, Jackets), Knit (Circular and Flat) – Men’s / Women’s / Kid’s wear. The role involves implementing global quality standards, driving problem prevention, and conducting quality activities to ensure production meets quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- At least 07-10 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of (Pattern making) of both woven and knitted products for Men’s, Ladies or Kids wear
- Good leadership & supervisory skills to lead and motivate inspectors effectively also Quality skills to manage suppliers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient analytically and good reporting skills
- Must possess high level of integrity
