As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the delivery of our NextGen supply chain facilities project, focusing on integration points between automated distribution centres and our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large, complex technology projects.
- Strong technical BA skills, with experience in system integration, data mapping and interface design.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and understand user experience implications.
- Experience working in projects with complex integration requirements.
- A comprehensive understanding of Software Development, the SDLC and technical concepts.
- Familiarity with automated testing processes and tools.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with confidence working across multiple squads.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and ability to work in an onshore/offshore delivery model.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management systems is highly desirable.
