Requirements
- Proven experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally SuccessFactors, in a high-volume or complex environment.
- Strong knowledge of Employee Central configuration, role-based permissions, access controls and segregation of duties.
- A solid understanding of data governance, privacy and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and a risk-aware mindset.
- Experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, testing and continuous improvement.
- Ability to explain complex system and data concepts in clear, plain language for non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative, curious and improvement-focused approach, with confidence partnering across multiple teams.
