We are seeking two Workforce Planning Analysts to join our Central Operations team, supporting the delivery of accurate, compliant, and executable workforce plans across our store network. As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in translating operational demand, labour standards, and budgets into practical workforce plans that enable effective store execution and productivity improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in workforce planning, rostering, labour analytics, or operational planning in a large, complex environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, practical, and actionable insights
- Experience working with workforce planning or scheduling systems, with exposure to load-based or AI-enabled scheduling tools preferred
- A solid understanding of awards, agreements, and conditions that inform compliant and optimised workforce planning decisions
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and operational teams
