Workforce Planning Analysts

We are seeking two Workforce Planning Analysts to join our Central Operations team, supporting the delivery of accurate, compliant, and executable workforce plans across our store network. As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in translating operational demand, labour standards, and budgets into practical workforce plans that enable effective store execution and productivity improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in workforce planning, rostering, labour analytics, or operational planning in a large, complex environment
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, practical, and actionable insights
• Experience working with workforce planning or scheduling systems, with exposure to load-based or AI-enabled scheduling tools preferred
• A solid understanding of awards, agreements, and conditions that inform compliant and optimised workforce planning decisions
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and operational teams
