Job Description
The Senior Customer Success Associate is expected to perform tasks quickly and efficiently, with a high level of professionalism and positive attitude. It is expected as a Front Office Specialist that he/she can manage a small team of individuals and is focused on building maintenance and good customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 4 years work experience as Front Office Staff or Admin Assistant
- Proficient in Powerbi application
- Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, office 365)
