We are looking for a driven Intern to assist our Sourcing Team on leads generation & lead processing tasks. The role involves managing paper screening and initial applicant screening, building and maintaining a strong pool of qualified candidates, and supporting TA engagement activities planning and implementation.

Requirements

• Leads Processing: Manage paper screening and initial applicant screening to pre-qualify candidates for open roles.
• Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates to support both ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Candidate Re-profiling: Re-assess and re-align candidates’ profiles to match current and emerging hiring requirements.
• Assist the Sourcing Team with lead generation across sourcing channels (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.).
• Curate and develop effective job descriptions for manpower requests.
• Post job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms.
• Support TA engagement activities planning and implementation.
• Monitor and ensure all external communications follow company branding guidelines.
• Provide support for social media management (responding to messages and comments) and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
