Job Description
As a Sales Contract Renewal Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the retention and growth of our client base by managing the renewal process of sales contracts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and negotiating contract terms to secure renewals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers at all levels of an organization
