Requirements
- Resolve O365 and device conversion project support cases
- Work directly with end-users and manage their cloud migration experience
- Provide end-user software support on common productivity technologies
- Support and troubleshoot common mail platform and security systems
- Interface with common technology support tools
- Participate in after-hours client cloud migrations/conversions
- Apply basic understanding of network principles
