ECI has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, Corporate Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering first class service, advice, and technical support to Eze Castle employees, through the highest standards of customer service, efficiency, knowledge, and integrity. This includes proactive management of corporate technology, resolving high priority escalations and contributing standards and procedures to the global technical community.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching and Firewalls
- Ability to design, coordinate and deploy home networking solutions
- Deployment and troubleshooting of operating systems and applications
- Microsoft Windows 7/8/10, Microsoft Office 2010-2019, Microsoft Server 2008R2-2019
- Android/iOS configuration, troubleshooting and integration with MDM solutions
- Advanced experience with public cloud technologies with an emphasis on Office 365
- Experience with cyber-security concepts (Multi-Factor Authentication, Anti-virus/Anti-malware, Software Firewall, Web Filtering)
- Advanced experience with Office 365 workloads (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.…)
- Advanced experience with hardware troubleshooting (desktop/laptop, printer, mobile device, network peripheral)
- Ability to perform patching and maintenance of systems
- Experience with PowerShell or Python automation
- Ability to maintain and operate network management and troubleshooting applications (patch management, SNMP utilities, monitoring solutions)
- Advanced knowledge of e-mail and spam troubleshooting
- Administering Active Directory Users/Exchange mailboxes
- Experience with cross-platform data and mail migrations
- Experience with third-party vendor management and collaboration on proprietary systems deployments
- Experience with virtualization software such as VMWare vSphere or Hyper-V
- Understanding of IaaS, VDI and SaaS
- Understanding of network troubleshooting (switching and routing, security ACL)
- Advanced understanding of DNS concepts (name servers, public zones, record syntax, registrar management)
- College diploma or University degree in the field of Computer Science or equivalent field and/or related experience
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
- Motivated to pursue technical certifications and further education
- Highly self-motivated and directed, in a fast-paced team environment
