Job Description
The Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for calculating, posting business transactions, invoice processing, verifying financial data, and maintaining records. The role involves setting up new vendors, processing AP in Oracle Cloud, reviewing and reconciling company credit card expenses, and reconciling vendor statements.
Requirements
- High competency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and reliability
- Great attention to detail to produce accurate work
- Experience with POs and 2 or 3-way matching is a plus
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with Oracle Cloud, or equivalent ERP is a strong plus
- 4-year college degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of AP and Procurement experience
