Requirements
- Accurately process client deposit and withdrawal requests within defined Service Level Agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to investigate and resolve transaction-related queries
- Maintain and update financial data in trading and accounting systems
- Monitor trading accounts for irregularities or inconsistencies in client fund movements
- Take ownership of daily tasks and contribute to a zero-error culture
