Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Australian Public Practice Accounting
• CA or CPA qualification (or working towards full qualification)
• Proven experience in the Australian Public Practice Accounting industry
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong tax knowledge and practical understanding of business structuring, compliance, and advisory services
• High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively
• Technologically confident with working knowledge of Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft Excel/Word
• Committed to continuous learning and professional development
• A team player who contributes to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing environment
• Strategic thinker who enjoys problem-solving and takes initiative beyond operational tasks
