Requirements
- Supervise a team of billing analysts to ensure accurate and timely orders provisioning.
- Manage the billings and collections inquiries and requests queue to ensure the team meets internal and external stakeholders' SLAs.
- Help manage the month-end close with journal entries review, invoices & credit memo batch review, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate in system implementation or enhancement projects and assist with UATs as needed.
- Leading a team through process change management.
- Process invoice review and posting.
