The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the successful delivery of projects, coordinating various Customer Success projects, and ensuring thorough and accurate record-keeping.
Requirements
- Co-ordinate internally and track project progress
- Ensure thorough and accurate record-keeping
- Proven IT experience with proven experience in a Project coordination
- Passion for IT and understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, strong problem solving and multitasking skills
- Attend and take WIP meeting notes and documenting key actions for project stakeholders
- Co-ordinate and arrange Project Stakeholder meetings
- Working closely with Internal Stakeholders
- Getting weekly updates from project team and updating project plans
- Writing/updating weekly customer status reports based on the plan and progress
- Recording issues and risks in registers and tracking progress of resolutions
