Job Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk assists in processing and filing invoices and payments, handling mail, and supporting the AP department with basic administrative tasks and accounts payable transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Knowledge of the Retail industry (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent computer skills using 10-Key by touch and ability to type 40 wpm
- Ability to proficiently communicate in English in oral and written format
