You have the second state exam or your Master's degree in law and/or economics in your pocket. In addition, you have dealt with the topic of tax during your studies and can draw on basic knowledge.
Or you are already deeper in the tax law and have even successfully completed the tax consultant examination.
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or a Ph.D. are also welcome.

Your tasks include, among other things, the advice of companies in national and international value-added tax law as well as the examination of value-added tax relevant business transactions.
In the area of customs and consumption tax law, you deal with questions of customs tariff classification, customs value and customs liability law and support companies in securing their customs and consumption tax processes.
The accompaniment of administrative and financial court proceedings or the tax advisory of the public sector can also be part of your tasks.
In the area of tax criminal law, your tasks include, in addition to the advice of companies and executives or managing directors in connection with corrections and self-accusations, also the implementation and improvement of tax compliance management systems.
