Job Description
KMM Group offers rewarding opportunities to propel the world forward through mission critical components for air, space, life-saving equipment and more. You will become an expert in a range of grinding processes including: Grinding between centers, Chucking OD grinding, Chucking ID grinding, Operate Grinding Equipment. You will operate a variety of grinding machines including: Kellenberger Kel-Vista (3 machines), CNC conversational programming, Multi-tool setups, Kellenberger Kel-Vita, Jones & Shipman CNC Grinder, Conversational programming, Between-centers grinding.
Requirements
- Experience in OD/ID grinding preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Technical school or machining apprenticeship a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Pride in craftsmanship and quality work
- Willingness to learn advanced grinding techniques
