Job Description
Seeking an experienced Paralegal Assistant to support the United States Attorney’s Office, Western District of Kentucky in Louisville, KY. Responsibilities include witness management assistance, legal office administration, and case-related records.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology related to fact witness support
- Knowledge of witness management procedures and protocols
- Experience using legal office databases or USAO systems
