Job Opportunity Customer Service (m/f/d)

As a member of the KNAPP Multi-Site Control Center Teams, you will proactively monitor our customer installations and support our customers with technical and operational questions.

Requirements

• Completed HTL education (Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Logistics, etc.)
• Interest in software and databases and familiarity with (Java, UNIX/LINUX, SQL, etc.)
• Organizational talent and ability to prioritize and work through tasks in a structured manner
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support international customers
• Team ability, reliability, and initiative
• English and German skills at B2 level or higher
