Requirements

• Completed law degree
• Several years of relevant experience in M&A and corporate law (company or law firm)
• High consulting competence and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to present complex legal content clearly and understandably
• Structured, proactive working style and enjoyment of international cooperation
• Willingness to take responsibility and prepare and make decisions
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent English language skills
