Team Lead Core Platforms (m/w/d)

You lead and develop a technical team with a clear passion for Linux, responsible for the technical orientation and further development of our Core Platform landscape across various use cases.

Requirements

• Completed technical education (HTL/FH/University) in the field of Computer Science, IT System Technology, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the Linux environment and a sound understanding of different operation models (Embedded, On-Premise, Cloud)
• Experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of technical teams or in a clear technical lead role
• Broad technical understanding of platform topics such as operating systems, virtualization, container technologies, automation, and modern services
• Ability to communicate complex technical connections clearly and take teams along technically
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and joy in long-term architecture and platform work
• Very good German and English skills
