The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing recipes, guiding external audits, and ensuring products meet specific standards.

Requirements

• Leading a team of 5 laboratory technicians
• Working closely with the lab manager of the other site
• Directing laboratory technicians to monitor and adjust production 24/7
• Participating in strategic discussion body
• Monitoring and managing product recipes
• Guiding external audits to test quality system against applicable standards
