As a Recruiting & Employer Branding Intern, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment of student forces from A to Z, including job advertisements, pre-selection of applications, candidate interviews, and contract negotiations. You will also support HR-related topics, such as campaigns and employer branding actions.
Requirements
- Studying economics, business administration, or a comparable study program with a focus on human resources
- Eloquently and winningly presenting in German and English
- Dealing with various IT systems
- Confidently navigating social media channels
- Ability to implement change from day one
