Shift Support Operator FTC

Knauf Insulation is looking for a Shift Support Operator to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the Queensferry production, recycling, and waste processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good general education, and basic maintenance skills.

Requirements

• Numerate and literate, with good general education.
• Computer literate; able to enter production/quality data and use basic software systems.
• Working knowledge of health and safety rules and site procedures.
• Trained to operate a counterbalance forklift truck (valid certification/licence preferred).
• Practical aptitude for basic maintenance and equipment checks.
• Committed to achieving production, quality, safety, environmental, and energy objectives.
• Clear, reliable communicator across shifts and departments.
• Strong team player; supports colleagues and contributes to a positive, safe workplace.
