Job Description
Join Knight Transportation as a Driver Manager and lead a fleet of 30+ drivers to maximize productivity and profitability. Develop personal and professional relationships with drivers and coach them to achieve safety, service, and retention goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in Operations and/or Planning and/or Customer Accounts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to lead others
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in high pressure situations in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
