Data Lakehouse Manager

The Data Lakehouse Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the enterprise data engineering practice, with ownership of design, development, modernization, and operational excellence of the organization’s Snowflake-based Lakehouse platform on Azure.

Requirements

• Provide operational direction, support, and guidance to assigned co-workers
• Allocate routine tasks or project work, in line with team objectives and individual capabilities
• Facilitate effective working relationships between team members
• Assist in the sourcing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members
• Foster a positive, supportive, and fun work environment
• Train or provide appropriate training and development for employees
• Create and present reports as requested
• Contribute to the organization's overall information/data management strategy
• Provide recommendations and solutions for improving data accessibility
