Manager of Accounts Payable

The Accounts Payable Manager oversees the daily operations of the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements, while maintaining a strong business partnering relationship with Procurement and other areas within the company.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices.
• Supervisory skills or ability
• Experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Customer service oriented with strong oral, listening, and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with federal and state tax forms
• Attention to detail
• Sound judgment
