Visitor Services Assistant (CT-Onsite)

The Visitor Services Assistant (VSA) is responsible for facilitating daily Visitor Services at the McGivney Center, ensuring the visitor experience is consistently outstanding. VSAs engage with the public to provide an educational, safe and memorable experience.

Requirements

• Provides professional, efficient, and approachable support and excellent customer service
• Welcomes visitors upon arrival; orients them to the McGivney Center and informs them of exhibits and activities available
• Responds to visitor questions or requests
• Alerts security staff of emergencies or public safety concerns
• Reports concerns, problems or visitor issues in a prompt, efficient manner.
