As a Business Development Representative, you will reach out to prospects, qualify them, and pass interested prospects to your assigned Territory/Account Executive(s).
Requirements
- Reach out to prospects via phone and/or email to get them interested in a KnowBe4 product
- Gauge the interest of prospects to qualify them as potential customers
- Pass the qualified and interested prospects to your assigned Territory/Account Executive(s)
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office
- Experience with a CRM or other Sales Tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Good computer skills
- Friendly phone voice
- Pleasantly persistent
- Ability to leave a message and sound interested
- Highly organized and results-oriented
