Job Description
We're looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in finance, a degree from a top-tier university, and strong analytical skills. The role involves operating as a strategic sparring partner and hands-on executor across various finance functions, including financial close, process automation, and cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in finance at a Big 4 advisory firm, a high-growth startup, or both
- Degree from a top-tier university in business, finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work
- Solid understanding of German accounting practices and familiarity with international standards (IFRS)
- Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
