Job Description
Knox Attorney Service provides litigation support, reprographics, and document management services. The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will support the records retrieval department and provide daily status/updates to clients.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Office experience desired
- Good customer service and professional phone knowledge and etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Understanding of computers and Microsoft Office Products
- Data Entry skills/typing 30-60 WPM
