Client Service Representative/ Office clerk

Knox Attorney Service is a provider of litigation support services, seeking a Client Service Representative to support the records retrieval department. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience with Microsoft Office products.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Office experience desired
• Good customer service skills
• Professional phone knowledge and etiquette
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Understanding of computers and Microsoft Office products (Word and Outlook)
• Data entry skills/typing 40-60 WPM
