Senior Manager, Copyright and Writer & Publisher Relations (FTC)

As a Senior Manager, Copyright and Writer & Publisher Relations, you will play a key role in bridging client service and copyright operations across the GSA region. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships while ensuring the operational excellence of their catalogues. This role is well suited to someone who combines strong industry knowledge with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Requirements

• Manage client relationships and ensure operational excellence of their catalogues
• Act as primary administrative point of contact for Kobalt clients
• Respond to client queries via Zendesk
• Partner with Creative teams to provide insights and updates on client performance
• Oversee catalog management and registration
• Work with local collection societies and represent Kobalt across relevant industry forums
• Resolve complex copyright and royalty issues
• Support pre- and post-statement processes
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency
• Track performance of new initiatives using key metrics
