Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring their safety, quality of work, and meeting department goals. They will report to the Maintenance Manager and receive guidance and direction for the shift and department's growth.
Requirements
- Leadership experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical school or 2-year college
- Experience with Machine Repair
- Experience with heavy equipment, industrial, maintenance, or automotive repair
