Field Operations Lead

KoBold Metals is a leading mineral exploration company that uses AI models and novel sensors to guide decisions on exploration programs. The Field Operations Lead will plan and execute field activities to meet business objectives without causing harm to people, contractors, and the environment. This is a full-time exempt position with a salary range of $90,000-$130,000.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience conducting field operations in mineral exploration & mining, oil & gas or a related industry
• Demonstrated commitment to and familiarity with developing and implementing high standards of health & safety in the workplace
• Ability to problem-solve in remote environments
• Ability to work in remote, physically demanding, and isolated locations for extended periods of time
• High degree of independence and ability to work effectively with limited supervision
