Senior Exploration Geologist (Li)

KoBold is seeking a Senior Exploration Geologist to lead targeting, planning, and execution of field programs focused on LCT pegmatite systems. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team, data scientists, and senior technical advisors to make valuable discoveries in mineral exploration.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of one or more ore deposit types
• Experience working on pegmatite-hosted mineral systems, with a focus on LCT (Lithium–Cesium–Tantalum) pegmatites
• Excellence in generative analysis ranging from new concepts to integration, interpretation, and modeling of large datasets
• Good field skills and experience leading field programs across a range of project stages from grassroots prospects through to advanced projects with significant drilling campaigns
• Strong leadership skills including the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Previous experience in coaching and training geoscientists of varying experience, educational backgrounds and cultures in leading-practice mineral exploration
