Requirements

• Directs, coordinates, and performs job activities in a manner consistent with Kodiak's procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Troubleshoots complex repairs and major equipment overhauls and operation.
• Provides input to the Area Manager on personnel needed to provide timely and economical maintenance in assigned area.
• Analyzes job parts and supply inventory to effectively communicate with Supply Chain, ensuring a sufficient level of parts for optimal job performance.
