Job Description
Kodiak Sciences is a rapidly growing biotechnology company focused on ophthalmology, seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join the Quality Operations team. This role involves antibody purification, characterization, formulation, and conjugation, supporting the development of novel therapies for retinal diseases. They value independent and collaborative work.
Requirements
- Perform various analytical assays for antibody characterization.
- Perform antibody purification with Protein A, ion exchange, size exclusion, and other types of chromatography.
- Perform antibody and biopolymer conjugation.
- Perform antibody and bioconjugate stability.
- Prepare buffers and perform routine maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Maintain accurate LIMS data entry.
