Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in Barcelona. We're a successful company producing world-class video content and building high-traffic websites. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product / UX/UI Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work on complex web platforms and consumer-facing digital products
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
• Experience designing high-traffic, consumer-facing digital products
• Comfortable contributing across the full design process
• High proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing
• Ability to synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights
• Comfortable using product data, feedback, and metrics to inform design decisions
• Experience working in remote-first or distributed teams
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality work
• Keeps up to date with UX, product, and design developments
