VP Engineering

We're looking for a VP of Engineering to lead our technical organisation through the next phase of growth. As a key member of the executive team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering strategy, culture, and execution.

Requirements

• 10-15 year experience in engineer leadership roles, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or tech-enabled services.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams at high-growth tech companies or scale-ups (ideally in fintech or related industries).
• Deep technical expertise across modern architectures and cloud-based platforms.
• Strong track record of managing and growing high-performing, distributed engineering teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for building secure, scalable, and customer-centric platforms.
• Hands-on experience with agile development, DevOps culture, and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align engineering strategy with overall company objectives.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
