Software and System Architect

We are looking for a Software and System Architect to join our Product Development department in Veitshöchheim. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and documenting system and software architectures, modeling architectures, specifying and validating requirements, and leading technical development projects.

Requirements

• Developing and documenting system and software architectures in accordance with established frameworks such as TOGAF, MDA, or ArchiMate.
• Modeling architectures using UML/SysML, including the creation of class diagrams, sequence diagrams, and state models.
• Specifying and validating requirements (Requirements Engineering) in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leading technical development projects, including the coordination of multidisciplinary teams and ensuring architecture conformity.
• Analyzing and optimizing legacy systems, including refactoring and migration strategies to modern architecture approaches or cloud-based solutions.
• Conducting architecture reviews and audits to ensure the adherence to quality standards.
• Integrating heterogeneous systems and technologies, including middleware and API design (e.g., REST, gRPC, MQTT).
